Prior to coming to Warwick, Dave served as Minister of Christian Education and Principal of the Christian School at First Assembly of God in Toms River, New Jersey (1980-83). Then, he was the Senior Pastor of PineBrook Assembly of God in Naugatuck, Connecticut until 1986.
 Dave's ministry extends beyond the borders of Warwick and has reached into Central America, Eastern Europe and Africa. He has taught Bible, Theology, and Pastoral Ministry at Latvia Bible College (Latvia), Vilnius Theological College (Lithuania), Kiev Bible Institute (Ukraine), and Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. These Colleges are training and mentoring young leaders for the emerging church in these nations. In October 2006, he was a featured presenter at the "More Than Conquerors" Leadership Conference in Accra, Ghana. In February 2008, he was one of the teachers at the Bangalore Leadership Conference in Bangalore, India.
